These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the conditions and procedures for using the meeting and social networking platform provided by Tingo Bridge, as well as the rights and obligations between the members and Tingo Bridge.
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is not a contract with Apple Inc.; it is a contract between the operator and the user.
Apple Inc. shall not be responsible for the content, maintenance, customer support, or any claims for damages related to this application.

This service is available only to individuals who are at least 14 years of age.
Members must register using their own email address and password. The use of another person’s identity is strictly prohibited.
If Tingo Bridge discovers that a user has used another person’s identity, it may immediately restrict service access and permanently terminate the user’s membership.

Tingo Bridge provides the following services:
Interest-based user group formation
Travel companion matching services
User-to-user chat functionality
Additional services as determined by the operator
Tingo Bridge may modify the content of the services in accordance with service improvements or policy changes.
Tingo Bridge does not directly provide members’ personal information to third parties. However, anonymized data may be provided to advertisers, companies, or government entities for statistical analysis, advertising services, or service improvement purposes.

Users shall not engage in the following activities:
Registering false information or impersonating others
Posting inappropriate content such as advertisements, gambling, or obscene materials
Harassment, fraud, or criminal activities against other users
In case of violation, Tingo Bridge may restrict service access without prior notice.

Users may freely create and host gatherings through the Tingo Bridge platform.
The host of a gathering may independently determine the operational method, participation conditions, and whether to charge participation fees (commissions). Such details must be clearly stated in the event description.
Any participation fees established by the host shall belong entirely to the host as revenue. The operator bears no responsibility for payment processing, settlements, tax reporting, or related financial obligations.
Hosts must comply with applicable laws and regulations. In cases involving false information, unfair charges, fraud, transactions involving minors, or other illegal activities, all legal responsibility shall rest solely with the host.
In order to maintain platform reliability and safety, the operator may review hosting activities when necessary and may suspend postings or restrict accounts upon confirmation of violations of these Terms.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use for commercial purposes any information obtained through Tingo Bridge without authorization.

Tingo Bridge shall not be held legally responsible for any issues arising between members, including meetings, chats, or travel companionship arrangements, unless caused by the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
All offline activities shall be conducted at the member’s own responsibility. The operator acts solely as an intermediary platform.

Users may request membership termination at any time. The operator shall retain relevant information for a certain period in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy before deletion.
The operator may restrict service access if a user violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate activities.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
